Public Banking in California Today

Rick Girling, Communications Director of the California Public Banking Alliance (CPBA), will present an overview of the public banking movement in California. He will show how public banks have the potential to be a vital resource in funding climate justice action. Hopefully the presentation will inspire folks to contact the CPBA to get help getting started setting up public banks in new regions such as San Diego and Orange County.
