The North County Climate Change Alliance is a volunteer-driven, grassroots, non-partisan, non-profit organization working to empower people and organizations in North San Diego County to Act Now on climate change through education, collaboration and mobilization.
Our members and active volunteers provide education through presentations and other events. Scientists, climatologists, renewable energy experts, project planners, community activists, civic leaders and others share their expertise to inform individuals about issues pertaining to the climate crisis, and how they can make a difference.
We participate in community events to connect and inform.
By bringing together organizations working on climate change related issues, we can amplify and solidify efforts, leading to better outcomes and results.
Our focus is climate change. The issues we work on can be those impacting North County, California, the United States or the world.
The North County Change Alliance’s mission is to inspire, unite and educate individuals, empowering them to seek out and act on solutions to climate change. We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization (EIN 82-3619977) so all donations are tax deductible.
