Are you experiencing climate grief and sorrow over what is happening to our environment? Isolation, anxiety, and sadness caused by the pandemic have amplified those feelings for many of us. Studies have shown that being in nature, engaging in activities such as gardening, and being part of a group working on a common goal can be beneficial to our well being.
